How does the dress fits compare with other fashion brands?
We optimized our fit to better fit your body size, and measurements. For example, if your size is XXL, you can order XL from us.
Compared to industry-standard sizes, we cut our fabric pattern in such a way that it has room for body adjustments. Nonetheless, extensive product detailing around the waistline and inseam would help you achieve a toned look.

When will you offer additional sizes?
We're collecting customer feedback and keenly listen to their preferences to improve our sizing options.
We're overwhelmed with additional plus size requests and also extra small. It’s a continuous process, we're working on it with an effort to offer a custom stitch feel to clothes on ready-made apparel.

What if the dress doesn't fit?
As a fair fashion brand, we encourage you to compare your body measurements based on dress details with the current dress you already wear before ordering.
Moreover, free returns come with an environmental cost. Don't worry, we do care about you and would offer a free exchange for your first order.

How should I take care of my dress?
We've got extensive product detailing on our product pages. All the information is compiled in order to help you to make a fair purchase decision.
For dress maintenance and care, follow the maintenance guide:
Hand Wash
Hand washing is highly recommended. Use a mild silk-friendly detergent and fabric conditioner.
Machine Wash
Turn the dress inside out. Use a very gentle detergent and select the delicate cycle.
Stain Wash
In case of spills, wash immediately. Use a towel without putting much pressure on the spot.
Dry Cleaning
Dry cleaning may be required for the skirts and for greasy stains.
Air Drying
Use a flat surface or on a drying rack without using wire or use clips as they can create marks.
Sun Exposure
Avoid direct sunlight to avoid the deformation of sequins and fading of the blouse.
Ironing
Use a steamer to get the creases out. For ironing, flip the dress inside out and set the iron to low heat.
Folding
Avoid folding the dress. Hang the dress in a well-ventilated area after wearing it.
How should I take care of my jewelry items?

Hand Wash
Use a soft brush without completely immerse the jewelry items in a mixture of soap and water.
Stain Wash
Use a toothpick with a mixture of delicate soap and warm water to remove a stubborn stain, and clean the dirt on the clasp too.
Disinfection
Swab the jewelry items with a mild sanitizer gel, which has disinfectant properties to sterilize them.
Air Drying
Dry jewelry items with a soft, wipe or towel cloth to remove moisture. Allow it to air dry completely.
Chemical Avoidance
Avoid the use of harsher chemicals, ultrasonic cleaning, or boiling water to clean jewelry items, you might be allergic to some.
Sun Exposure
Remove jewelry items before participating in sports or outdoor activities including gardening, hiking, or sunbathing.
Makeup
Avoid wearing the earrings after applying hairspray and makeup. These products may also cause discoloration of the jewelry items.
Storage
Store jewelry items separately from other jewelry items to avoid scratching and tangling.

Why don’t I have tons of tags on the purchased item(s)?
We’re glad you did notice. We looked deep into our packaging design to lose as much infill or mixed materials as we can.
As a fair fashion brand, we ensure that all-important, useful, relevant information, instructions will be available online for customers to browse through and be downloaded in a PDF format.
For instance, we didn't use paper to print our board game rules instead we uploaded them to our online store.
Anyways you were going to rip them off with no practical use. Our motive is to keep the material in use for the betterment of consumption, the environment, nonetheless, avoid the usage of paper.

Are you available in physical stores?
We currently have no display shops or physical stores. Though down the road we might have franchises worldwide.
It’s still pretty much on the cards. But for now, our focus is on the online stores to create awareness about fair fashion, provide stylish dresses to different size segments, and be a reason for your smile accordingly.
